| 摘 要： | 我国沿海发达省区的经济边缘地域在空间上形成一条大致与海岸线平行的弧形带状区域．由于独特约人地关系和空间区位特征，使其区域城镇成长和体系化具有特殊规律．在具体考察闽西的基础上，分析了两大制约城市化可持续发展的障碍，提出了城镇体系的战略成长规划和几点相关政策建议．

| Abstract: | The edge region of the eastern developed area forms an arch corridor. Because of special relations between human and environment together with the feature of location, the urban growth and cosmosnization in the area developed some special rule. On the basis of exploration in western Fujian Province, two obstacles of sustainable development were studied and a strategy planning and some suggestion were raised. |
