| 摘 要： | 西部民族地区普及义务教育是我国谱及义务的一个重要组成部分，在实施西部大开发战略中，人的发展是第一位的，因而，西部民族地区普及义务教育理应为关注的一个重要方面。西部地区普及义务教育存在师资紧缺，少数民族学生入学难等问题。西部民族地区普及义务教育应当注意解决双语教学和坚持办学模式多样化等问题。

| Abstract: | Promulgation of compulsory education in ethnic area is an integral part of the nationwide program.Human resource development has the primary importance in developing west China.This aricle analyzes the bottlenecks of promulgating compulsory education in west China,especially the scarcity of teachers and the difficulties for ethnic students to enter the school.It proposes that bilingual education and maintaining diversified patterns of school should be the primary concern in promulgating compulsory education in the west ethnic area. |
