嵌入式仪器控制器的设计

摘    要:介绍了一种专用嵌入式仪器控制器的设计方法。这种控制器基于ARM7的S3C44B0X芯片为主体,具有GPIB/LAN/RS232/USB等接口,可同时连接多个具有GPIB/RS232接口的智能仪器,并可通过LAN口完成进行仪器的远程控制。该控制器还具有智能化本地控制功能,能不依赖计算机完成仪器的控制和数据波形采集,保存工作。

Abstract:An instrument controller,which is used for remote control,is addressed in this paper.The Controller is an embedded system using ARM7 core S3C44B0X chip as its main processor.The main goal of the instrument controller is to remote control the instrument having GPIB/LAN/Serial interface. At most 14 GPIB interface instruments and two serial interface instruments can be connected to the Instrument Controller,at the same time it connects the PC with LAN interface.When finishing the whole system connect,the handler uses PC to send commands(consist of instrument address and control command) to the Controller through LAN.The Controller receives the command and sends to the connected instruments according to its address and waits for the feedback of the instruments.Being an embedded system,the Controller can also control the instrument according to its setup parameter without the support of PC.The main chip of Controller is the S3C44B0X which is a 16/32 bits RISC processor and based on ARM7 core.The processor has two Serial interfaces,the GPIB /LAN/USB interfaces are connected to the processor bus with the conversion chip.The use of 5 inch LCD and the touch screen provide a well user interface for handlers.A 16M Nand-Flash based on FAT16 file system is used as a hard disk to storage the setup parameter and the data.
