职业道德教育的中外比较研究及启示

摘    要:本文从职业道德的含义和职业道德的指导思想、教学形式、课堂内容等方面对中外职业道德教育进行了比较研究,并以案例的形式强调了中外职业道德教育内容的差异。通过比较研究,提出当前我国职业道德教育亟待解决两个问题:选择恰当的方式对学生进行职业道德灌输,培养学生的职业道德价值观和职业道德推理能力。

Abstract:Combined with case,the article is in progress to study the chinese-foreign education of profes-sional ethics in vocational schools from4aspects:the concept of professional ethics,the guid ing ideas,teaching pattern and classroom content of professional ethics.Based on this,the article expounds two prob lems that have to be settled urgently:selecting proper way to inculcate students with professional ethics,developing students' values and ability of professional ethics.
