| 摘 要： | 教学质量是学校的生命线,提高教学质量已成为世界高等教育共同关注的主题。文章结合我国高等教育进入大众化阶段的历史背景,提出了构建高等学校教学质量监控体系的基本原则,探讨了以"目标、组织、制度、监控、评估和反馈"为子系统的"矩阵型"质量监控体系的基本框架和内容。
