| 摘 要： | 寻租作为个人或团体谋求利益的一种形式,正常合法的寻求租金我们应该提倡和发扬,但不择手段的寻租,即为了自身利益而使整个社会福利下降的寻租是我们必须反对的。这种寻租行为不仅造成社会不公,而且造成了社会资源配置方式的扭曲以及物价的失真,从而使社会福利大幅度下降。所以,应该从经济、伦理和法律制度等多方面相结合,力争将寻租造成的资源浪费降至最低。

| Abstract: | Seeking rent is a form of gaining interests as an individual or a group. We should promote legal rent-seeking, but fight aginst illegal one which may cause social unjust and distort social resource distribution which will result in social welfare going down greatly. Therefore, the papers argues that we should try hard to lower down the waste of resources caused by seeking rent by combining many aspects such as economic, ethics,and legal system., |
