农职院新生学习状况和就业观调查与思考

学校的一切工作都是围绕教书育人这个主题。学生是施教对象，也是学校一切工作的重点。只有充分了解学生，学校的管理工作、教学活动才具有针对性和实效性，学生才能在学习期间学有所成、学有所获，才能形成更强的从业能力。根据调查问卷所得数据结合多年教学经验进行分析，肯定优点、指出不足并提出相应的办法与措施，强调学生在学校管理工作、教学活动中的主体地位。

The Investigation and Insights of the study Status and Employment Attitude of Freshmen in Agricultural Vocational College

All efforts in a college focus on teaching and education. Students are the object of teaching and meanwhile the center of all efforts in a school. Provided with a full understanding of the students, the managerial work and teaching activities are directional and effective and the students can acquire stronger job abilities during the learning. This article analyses years＇ teaching experience together with the data gained from the questionnaires, affirms the advantages, points out disadvantages and proposes measures to solve the disadvantages, stressing that managerial work and teaching activities in a college be student-centered.
