| 摘 要： | 大学与企业之间为达到互利共赢的目的进行了知识联盟.通过建立企业与大学知识联盟的绩效评价模型,对企业在与大学知识联盟后的整体绩效做调查问卷,并对调查结果作回归分析,为企业是否应该与大学进行联盟提供了有力的理论和数据依据.
