教学与科研互相促进带发展

教学质量及科研水平是衡量一个高等学校优劣的重要指标。而教学和科研两个看似独立的体系实际 是紧密联系互相影响的。本文从教学质量的提高入手阐述了在北京城市学院生物技术学部现有的状况下进行科学 研究、教学活动的设想,从政策、人力、硬件设施、管理等方面提出了设想。

The Interactive Relation between Teaching and Academic Studying

The quality of higher education and the level of academic study are two major standards to e-valuate a college today. Meanwhile, teaching and academic studying, these seemingly two independent systems are closely linked together and practically affect each other. Aiming at promoting the level of higher education, based on the present conditions in Biology Engineering Department of Beijing City U-niversity, this article explores, from a unique angle, the methods of performing academic study and improving the educating quality simultaneously, putting forward some realistic proposals on the aspects of teaching policy, personnel, facilities and educating administration.
