| 摘 要： | 随着教育体制改革的不断深入,目前高校实验室建设和管理方面存在诸多问题。该文从提高实验室地位,理顺管理体制,建设实验队伍,增加资本投入,对外开放管理,合理配置资源等几个方面进行了全面的分析,对高校实验室建设和管理提出了一些建议。

| Abstract: | With the development of educational system innovation,a number of problems have been found in the construction and management of laboratory in the colleges and universities.A complete analysis to the laboratory,including improving status,harmonizing management system,constructing laboratory troop,increasing investment,opening management and assigning resource,is made.Some suggestions to the construction and management in the colleges and universities are proposed. |
