| Abstract: | Establishing a learning model college is the concrete practice that we implement and carry out the call promoted by Dalian Municipal Government. It is the need to develop the college and the act to raise the cultural quality of the whole staff. During the course of establishing a learning model college we must not only cultivate internal quality but also mould external form.Meanwhile we should bring educational organization into full play and be geared to the need of society,serve the society. |
