| 摘 要： | 铁电薄膜与半导体集成技术而发展起来的集成铁电器件受到了众多学者的关注,文章重点介绍了一些常见集成铁电器件:铁电存储器、铁电红外探测器、微波可调器件和铁电集成光电器件的原理,特点,研究发展和应用,指出了集成铁电器件的铁电薄膜研究中需要解决的一些问题. |

| Abstract: | The ferroelectric devices combined with semiconductor chips and ferroelectric thin films attract more and more research focus. The development and application of some common integrated ferroelectric devices,such as FRAM,ferroelectric infrared detectors,microwave adjustable devices,ferroelectric integrated optical-electric devices,as well as their principles and characters,are introduced so as to discuss the existing problems of the ferroelectric films that are to be solved. |
