渭南市心理援助中心机构建设构想

通过实地走访调查渭南市现有的心理服务机构，发现心理服务工作在渭南市才刚刚起步，各方面的工作不够到位，尤其是现有的心理服务机构对心理援助的侧重较少，服务机制还不够完善。为了提高对心理服务重要性的认识、改善心理服务机构的条件、加强师资队伍建设、建立主动咨访模式等，需要建设一种更具主动性和机制相对较完善的心理服务机构---渭南市心理援助中心。

On the Construction of Psychological Institution in Weinan City

Based on the survey in the current Weinan psychological institutions, the paper finds that the current institutions are less focusing on the psychological aid. The psychological service has started late in Weinan and all aspects of work are not so effective. Especially the mental service mechanism is not perfect. The public consciousness of mental consult should be improved. The facuhy of mental institution service needs to strengthen. All in all, there should be a psychological service institution which can provide even more comprehensive and positive surroundings through improving the mental institution＇ s condition, strengthening the teaching stuff and building a more active consulting mode.
