论大学生辅导员的“辅”与“导”

要搞好大学生辅导员的工作，应该对“辅”与“导”二字有很好的领悟，并在“辅”‘导”二字上狠下工夫。“辅”，意味着辅导员是辅助者或辅佐人，而“主”则是被辅导的主体——大学生。辅导员的辅，必须落实到学生这个主体的身上，辅导员的辅只是外因，它必须通过学生这个主体的内因才能发挥作用。“导”，意味着辅导员，要做学生活动的领导者，学生成长的引路人，学生工作的指导者，学生思想的疏导者和学校信息的传导者。
