广东高等教育创新的挑战及对策论析

广东高等教育目前不能提供满足创新需要的人才，分析广东高等教育创新的现状，结合影响高等教育创新的核心元素——理念创新、制度创新和实践创新，为广东高等教育创新提出了建设性的建议，即提倡确保学术自由的高等教育理念，完善高等教育内外部制度环境和大学校长遴选制度，进行国际化办学，提供开放课程，进行特色办学。

An Analysis of the Challenge to and Measure for the Innovation of Higher Education in Guangdong

Higher education in Guangdong is unable to provide sufficient competent people to meet the needs of innovation.An analysis of the present condition of higher education in Guangdong is made and constructive sugges- tions concerning the core elements that influence the innovation of higher education-the innovation of ideas,the inno- vation of the system and practice-are proposed for the innovation of higher education in Guangdong,i.e.promoting the idea of higher education that ensures academic freedom,perfecting the internal and external systems of higher ed- ucation and the system of president selection,internationalizing institutions of higher learuing,providing open courses that feature in the running of schools.
