| 摘 要： | 从企业自主创新的主体性定位展开研究,从企业层面来考察、总结和检验创新成果转化的有效实践和模式,并探索性构建创新转化评估体系、因子分析及策略。以企业作为研究主体的视角,总结提炼国外领先企业在创新及创新转化上的最佳实践模式和机制,为我国企业创新能力的提升提供借鉴和参照,通过实证检验得出的若干影响我国企业创新及创新转化的因素、机制和结论,为指导企业的创新实践提供科学原则。最后,构建企业创新转化综合评估指标体系和评估罗盘,也为企业提供一套系统化的创新评估方法和工具。

Research on the evaluation of the innovation capability in the embedded mode of enterprise |

| Abstract: | This study based on independent innovation model of the enterprise in embedded mode ,summary and test the the effective practice.From the perspective of enterprise, Explore the innovation transformation evaluation system, factor analysis and strategic mode .
This study summarizes the leading foreign enterprises best practice mode and mechanism in innovation and transformation, to improve and reference the innovation ability of Chinese enterprises , through empirical testing, we come to conclusion about innovation factors, mechanism, and scientific principles for enterprises to guide the practice of innovation. Finally, the establishment of enterprise innovation and transformation of comprehensive assessment index system and assessment compass, to provide a systematic innovative assessment methods and tools. |
