基于农户风险偏好的农业低碳技术采用行为研究——以江西为例

农户风险偏好对农业低碳技术的采用行为至关重要。在参照风险偏好测量方法的基础上提出农户风险偏好的测算方法,通过发放问卷、实地调查方式,运用有序Logistic模型选取3类12个变量对江西省152户规模农户的风险偏好进行回归分析。研究结果显示:农户文化水平、是否为村干部、农户类型、政策了解度、指导培训度、是否为传统产粮区与农户风险偏好显著相关,是影响农业低碳技术采用的重要因素。最后就如何推广农业低碳技术的采用提出3点政策建议。

Study on agricultural low carbon technology adoption behavior based on Farmers

Farmers" risk preference is crucial to the adoption of agricultural low-carbon technologies. Based on the method of measuring the risk preference, this paper puts forward the calculation method of farmers" risk preference. Through questionnaires and field surveys, the paper uses the ordered Logistic model to select 3 kinds of 12 variables to analyze the risk preference of 152 households in Jiangxi province. The results showed that farmers" cultural level, whether for village cadres, household type, degree of understanding, policy guidance and training, whether the traditional grain producing areas and farmers" risk preference is positively related, is an important factor affecting agriculture by low carbon technology. Finally, it puts forward three policy suggestions on how to promote the adoption of agricultural low-carbon technology.
