This paper first expounded the hotel management professional "Double Type" teacher quality requirements and in light of the hospital professional hotel management student internship experience,cited a number of educational psychology expounded on the theory,which led to the hotel management professional "Double Type" teacher quality of the reflection and training methods discussed.
