Abstract:Learning-oriented class is a community which is based on the common vision of students,teachers,parents,etc.,with flat management as the organizational framework,and has an atmosphere of continuous independent learning and mutual cooperative learning,and can cultivate students’awareness and ability of independent learning,cooperative learning and systematic learning.In the construction process,we can adopt a reasonable standard system,form a certain ideological basis,implement flat and democratic management,build a common vision of classes,promote individual active learning and self-transcendence,encourage team-based learning,and create a learning sharing platform.
