摘    要:介绍误诊疾病数据库研究背景及现况,总结《临床误诊误治杂志》数据库论文策划的体会.通过研制误诊疾病数据库,深入挖掘误诊文献数据价值.已收录2004-2013年2.7万篇标准误诊文献,可生成2 400个疾病误诊数据分析.基于数据库产出的误诊大数据,2015年以来已组织编发12篇单病种误诊研究的数据库论文.

Abstract:Introducing the background and current situation of the research on the database of misdiagnosis diseases, this paper summarizes the experience in the planning about the journal database of Clinical Misdiagnosis and Mistherapy. Through the development of the database of misdiagnosed diseases, the value of the misdiagnosis literature data was deeply excavated. Twenty-seven thousand papers of standard misdiagnosis literature from 2004 to 2013 have been included, and can generate 2400 data analysis items about misdiagnosed diseases. Based on the misdiagnosis data from the database, 12 database articles about single disease misdiagnosis have been published since 2015.
