On the improvement of the management level and organization efficiency of high vocational colleges by using the management of the enterprises for reference

As the change of the times and the development of the management concept, the society requirements are increasingly strict with the high vocational education. Therefore, it is the inevitable way for the high vocational colleges to achieve high organizational efficiency and upgrade the teaching service quality by using the modem enterprise management theory and their successful experiences for reference and taking advantage of effective enterprise management means. The purpose of the paper is to raise the management level and organizational efficiency of high vocational colleges, by learning from the enterprises and using their management theory and experiences, with strategy as the core, quality as the focus, performance as the targets, service as the guide.
