| 摘 要： | PFI模式作为基础设施项目开发的重要模式,已在世界范围内得到广泛运用。在我国BOT模式作为融资模式的运用也取得了可喜成就。文章结合高校实际情况,借鉴国外PFI模式的实践经验,为我国高校融资寻找一条新的途径。
