教师继续教育培训模式评析

摘    要:教师继续教育培训是促进教师专业发展、推动基础教育课程改革顺利实施的关键因素。教师继续教育培训模式,必须遵循课程改革的精神和理念,树立大培训理念,采取多种有效途径,促进教师的专业发展,打造优秀的师资队伍。

A Comment on the Training Model of Continuing Education for Primary and Middle School Teachers

Abstract:Training models such as the university-school interaction model,the participatory-channeling model,the case-study model,the viewing-emulating model,the research & training model,etc.are widely used in teachers' continuing education,and each of them has its advantages and disadvantages.Which model to be used in training depends on the practical situation of trainees and the objective of the training.Teachers continuing education must abide by the curriculum reform gist and macro-training thought,and adopt the most effective training model or combination of several models,and improve teachers' professional qualities,and promote teacherw' professional development,and construct excellent teaching staffs,thus urge the successful implementation of the elementary education curriculum reform.
