| 摘 要： | 普通高等学校的成人教育作为成人教育的主要组成部分,在成人教育改革和发展的道路上起着至关重要的作用,普通高校的成人教育如何加强自身的管理尤其是改善教学管理机制,加大教学管理力度,提高教学质量,培养更多的高素质人才,适应社会主义市场经济和现代化建设的需要,这已成为成人教育事业发展亟待解决的重大问题。
