摘    要:《不让一个儿童落后法案》(NCLB)在美国的实施已经进入了第五个年头。该法案对美国中小学课程实践产生了重要影响,它不但造成了课程实践中追求公平与追求优异、学生个性发展与基础学科学习之间新的失衡,而且在课程管理、课程评价、课程与测试的一致性等方面带来了新的冲突,从而为我国目前的新课程改革提供了借鉴。

Abstract:No Child Left Behind Act(NCBL) has been carried out for 5 years.It has brought great impacts on the curriculum of American elementary and secondary schools.It not only has aroused new imbalance between educational equality and excellence as well as between students' personal development and learning of fundamental subjects but also has leaded to new conflicts in curriculum management,curriculum assessment and the consistency of curriculum and tests and some lessons can be drawn from these imbalances and conflicts.
