| 摘 要： | 侵害债权一直是民法学上的难题之一,其构成要件同样如此.本着更好地防止侵害债权行为的发生与避免侵害债权制度被滥用的原则,作者提出了自己的"六要件说",接着对各个要件进行了深入细致的分析.

| Abstract: | Infringing creditor's rights is always a hard part in our civil law research field, so are its legal components. Under the principle of preventing the behaviors of infringing creditor's rights and keeping the legal system of violating creditor's rights from beening misused, the author comes up with his own "doctrine of six legal components", then comes a profound and detailed analysis. |
