在当今国际政治中,国际宗教非政府组织主要通过压力集团、舆论的建构以及独立行动等技术参与国际事务,并积极介入国际社会网络.除了西方学界已提出的"回飞镖模式"或"螺旋模式"外,某些以自由主义神学为基础的基督教和天主教组织,以及多宗教联合的组织还可能采用一种更主动、直接的参与方式.他们的超越性、权威性和有效性是其国际参与的优势,但作用的大小还取决于其自身网络的质量、利用网络的能力、干预的对象以及主流神学思想等.在其积极作用发挥的同时,他们的理念和资金来源的变化在一定程度上也使其陷入发展悖论.

On the International Religious NGOs' Participation in the International Affairs

In today's international politics,International Religious NGOs(IRNGOs) have become one of the important actors.They take part in international affairs through pressure groups,options and independent action.IRNGOs embed themselves into the international social networks actively.Besides "Boomerang Pattern" or "Spiral Model",which had been studied by some scholars,some IRNGOs also take part in international affairs with more initiative and in more direct manners.They are not only the whole networks but also the local networks.Their advantages are transcendent,authoritative and effective.However,their function also rests in the quality of their own networks,the ability to use the international societal networks,the intervening objects and the mainstream theology.
