摘    要:武汉,百湖之城,近年来饱受暴雨洪水的侵扰,给市民的生产与生活带来诸多不便。主要从武汉的自然地理条件、气象因素、人为建设、规章制度等角度出发分析形成城市内涝的原因,借鉴国内外先进的治理经验,结合武汉市的实情提出预防或减轻城市洪涝灾害的工程措施与非工程措施。

Abstract:Wuhan, a city with hundreds of lakes, has suffered from rainstorm and flood in recent years, which cause lots of inconvenience to citizens daily life and production. After analyzing the reasons of waterlogging from natural and geographical conditions, climatic factors, artificial construction and rules and regulations, by drawing lessons from advanced foreign governance experience and considering the actual situation of Wuhan, finally engineering and non-engineering measures are put forward to prevent and mitigate flood and waterlogging in Wuhan.
