社会利益结构与教育创新的实践标准

摘    要:教育创新直接影响教育制度的结构与社会“技术—经济范式”的进程,其实质是社会利益结构通过教育系统表现出来的力量对比变化。基于技术革命的经济长波运动决定了社会利益生产与教育创新的路径与周期性,教育创新应以有利于我国顺应经济长波规律的赶超发展过程中“两个文明”的协同作为价值标准,以有利于我国在此过程中形成与演化符合“毁灭性创造”机制的“技术—经济范式”为实践标准。

Abstract:Being in essence as a change in strength contrast exhibited by the social interests structure through educational system,educational innovation has influenced not only the structure of educational institution di-rectly,but also the process of social “tech economic paradigm”deeply.The Long Economic Wave (LEW) based on technology revolution has been stimulating the path and cycles of both the social interests produc-tion and educational innovation whose value standard shall be favorable to the coordination of “two civiliza-tions”during China's catching up development in line with LEW rules,whose practical standard shall be favorable to the forming and evolution of “tech economic paradigm”in accordance with “destroying crea-tion”mechanism during the process.
