| 摘 要： | 加强实训基地建设,是高职教育的特征所在。高职院校建设实训基地,有利于改善办学条件,提高教育质量,实现培养目标。文章就高职院校重视实训基地的建设、探索新的功能,与用人单位共建模式等方面,提出了一些看法和建议。
