摘    要:PM2.5和臭氧污染的协同治理是“十四五”时期环境保护工作的重要任务,只有找到两者之间的作用机制,才能更好制定控制措施。为此,本文分析探讨了PM2.5和臭氧的关系,认为二者同源共生、相互促进,具有复杂性;同时,从工业、餐饮、汽车尾气汽修等污染来源以及环境管理等方面进一步分析了PM2.5和臭氧的来源,提出了二者浓度过高对环境、身体造成的危害。基于此,从预警、研发、监管、奖惩以及管理控制等方面,提出治理措施,促进PM2.5和臭氧的协同减排。

Abstract:The coordinated treatment of PM2.5 and ozone pollution is an important task of environmental protection during the 14th Five-Year Plan period.Only by finding out the mechanism of action between PM2.5 and ozone pollution can we make better control measures.Therefore,this paper analyzes and discusses the relationship between PM2.5 and sampling,and believes that the two are symbiotic and mutually promoting,which is complicated.At the same time,from the industrial,food and beverage,vehicle exhaust,mechanics and other pollution sources,and further analyzed the environmental management of the source of PM2.5 and ozone,puts forward the concentration is too high to the environment and the harm of the body,based on this,from the early warning,research and development,supervision,rewards and punishment and management control,management measures are put forward,the promotion of PM2.5 and ozone emissions.
