| 摘 要： | 大学体育教育应从体育教育目标出发,结合大学生的身心特点和成长规律,改革现行的体育教育理念和摸式,加强大学生的人文精神培养,促进大学生的全面发展和健康成长,具体可从四个方面着手:一是确立“健康第一”的育人理念;二是培养学生实现自我、超越自我的能力;三是创建道德品质教育的平台;四是引导学生塑造完美的人格。

| Abstract: | Physical education in universities should strengthen the cultivation of students' humanistic spirit and promote the all-round development and healthy growth of students from the physical education objective in combination with physical and mental features of the university students.This can be carried out from four aspects: establishing the idea of "health first";cultivating students' abilities of self-fulfillment and self-transcendence;constructing a platform for ideological and political work;and to guide students in building perfect personality. |
