体育健身俱乐部资源配置特征性指标的相关性研究

资源配置是经济学研究的核心问题，企业发展的保证。文章以企业运作的基本流程，投入和产出及资源的基本组成内容，财力资源、物力资源、人力资源和信息资源为一级和二级指标，结合体育健身俱乐部的特性，构建了体育健身俱乐部的资源配置特征性指标体系，并对各指标之间的相关性进行了研究。发现，俱乐部的投入和产出关系随着时间的变化而变化；财力和物力资源关系密切，但人力资源与这两项指标没有显著相关性；下设的三、四级指标对上一级指标的密切程度也不尽相同。研究结果对探讨俱乐部的发展规律，实现最佳资源优化提供了参考。

A Study of the Correlation among Indices of Resources Allocation Trait in Physical Fitness Clubs

The allocation of resources is the core issue of economics and the business development guarantee. This paper, taking the basic process of business operations： inputs and outputs and the basic components of resources： financial resources, material resources, human resources and information resources as the primary and secondary indicators, combined with the characteristics of sports and fitness clubs, builds a characteristic indicators system of resource allocation for sports and fitness clubs, and the correlation between each index are studied. The study shows that the rela- tionship between inputs and outputs of the clubs changes over time~ financial and material resources are close related, but no significant correlation between these two indicators and human resources; the closeness between level three or four indicators and the upper level indicator is different. The results of the study provide a reference for the development law and the resource optimization of the clubs.
