高校体育工作改革的校本化探索——河北联合大学的案例

有关高校体育工作改革政策意见呈现出指导性、宏观性等特点，为高校具体细化落实各项体育工作带来较大自主性。以案例研究视角，结合河北联合大学体育工作传统和实际情况，认为体育课程教学的本质是提升学生身体教养水平，体育行政管理应侧重组织结构调整，运动俱乐部应视具体问题具体设置，运动竞赛活动应倡导全体学生的参与，体育场馆运行应承担相关社会责任。旨在探索高校体育工作改革的地方化、校本化和特色化之路，为高校体育工作改革实践提供案例参考和理论思路。

The College-oriented Exploration of College PE Reform --The Case of Hebei United University

Policy suggestions of college PE reform are showing characteristics such as guidance, macro--scope and so on, bring greater autonomy for colleges to specify and implement various PE works. From a perspective of case study, combining with PE tradition and practical situation in Hebei United University, this paper suggests that the essence of PE teaching is enhancement of physical literacy of students, the PE administration should focus on organizational restructuring, sports clubs should be set according to specific issues, sports competitions should promote the participation of all students, the running of stadiums should bear the relevant social responsibility. This paper aims to explore local, college-oriented and characteristic road of college PE reform, provides case references and theory ideas for college PE reform practice.
