| 摘 要： | 大学生党建工作是高校党建工作中非常重要的一部分,朋辈教育在学生党建中的应用成了学生党建工作的助推剂,让学生党建工作迈上了新的台阶。辅导员在高校学生党建工作中有着不可替代的作用,该文通过对辅导员在学生党建朋辈教育工作中面临的挑战进行分析,对辅导员如何定位自己,更好地在学生党建朋辈教育中发挥作用提出了相应建议。
