市场机制的引入有力地促进了山西省高职教育的发展,尤其是在基础设施建设和后勤服务方面,但在高校面向市场办学、专业设置等方面尚有许多不足。教育管理者应从优化高职教育管理体制、建设有特色的高职专业体系、培养＂双师型＂教师队伍来提高高职教育发展的水平。

Investigation Report on How Market Mechanism Influences Development of Vocational Colleges in Shanxi Province

A sample survey is held among the vocational colleges in Shanxi province.It helps to know the current situations of the vocational colleges when they carry on the education industrialization.The result shows that it contributes greatly to the development of the higher vocational education,especially in the infrastructure construction and logistics service.However there are still many shortages needed to improve,such as running to the market and constructing of the majors.So the paper gives suggestions from three aspects.They are as follows： optimizing the educational management system of higher vocational education,constructing the distinctive discipline system of higher vocational education,and training the double capability teachers.
