| 摘 要： | 国家综合配套改革试验区作为中国区域经济发展新的战略启动点,是中国社会经济改革进入“攻坚”阶段的必然选择,是“科学发展观”的现实体现。从中国边缘区域的实际情况出发,主动加强对边缘区域国家综合配套改革试验区的内涵、特征、战略意义及发展目标进行探讨,无论从边缘区域的加快发展还是国家全局的统筹协调发展来说,都将具有重要的现实指导意义。

| Abstract: | As the new strategic start of China's area economic development,the nationalcomprehensive and complete reforming experimental zone is the definite choice in the "fortified position" of China's social and economic reformation and realistic embodiment of the concept of scientific development.It has the important and pactical directive significance to study the content,characteristics,strategic significance and the developing target of marginal area economy so as to promote the development and the development of national overall and whole harmony. |
