| 摘 要： | 本文以职业生涯规划理论作为理论基础,对地方院校毕业生的就业能力进行调查分析。结果显示,大部分地方院校毕业生对自身就业能力缺乏自信。为此,地方院校应当通过进一步增强实践环节、专业选择的可操作性,鼓励大学生参与社会实践、培养就业能力和开展职业生涯教育等措施予以改善。
