| 摘 要： | 档案法律法规为依法治档提供了可靠的保证，但在实际工作中还存在着一些误区，影响了依法治档工作的成效。文章详细分析了目前档案法制建设中存在的问题，并针对这些问题提出了自己的一些看法。
