我国高等教育公平的理想与现实

首先对高等教育领域中使用的公平、效率、平等概念进行了区分厘定,然后对我国高校由于扩招在一定程度上实现了高等教育入学机会的均等,但在高校的教学活动中仍然存在着复杂的公平问题进行分析,认为目前由于内部和外部因素的影响学校不能够为学生提供均等的学习和学业成就机会,因此非常必要也非常急需建立以高等教育质量为导向的教育公平观及相应的教育体系。

The Ideal and Realism of the Equity for the Higher Education in our Country

The article differentiate and analyze the concept of the equity,efficiency and equal that be used in the field of the high education.At present,because of the expanding entrance to university,our country realized the equal chance of the entrance to the higher education at a certain extent,but still there is a complicated equal problem in the teaching activity of the university.Because of the influence of the internal and external factor,the university can not offer equal study and the chance to get achievement;it is essentially need to set up the equal view of education that taking higher education quality as the orientation.
