从传统农民向新型农民转变的机理研究

农民是建设社会主义新农村的主体,培育新型农民就是培育新农村建设的主体力量。本文引入有限理性条件下,基于学习、模拟过程的进化博弈方法,推导出从传统农民向新型农民转变的模仿动态模型,研究转变的利益机制,提出了应加强政府投入,降低农民的转变成本,并且加大宣传的力度,提高转变的速度。

Mechanism of Transition from Traditional Farmers to New Ones

Farmers are the main body of advancing new socialist rural construction. So cultivating new farmers is fostering the main force of the new rural construction. An imitational dynamic model of transition from traditional farmers to new ones is deduced by introduction of the evolutionary game theory which is learning-based and can simulate process under the condition of bounded rationality. After a study of the interest mechanism of transition is made,increasing investment by government,cutting cost of transition,enhancing publicity and raising the speed of transition are put forward.
