| 摘 要： | 我国地方高等教育结构的调整和优化必须建立在科学合理的创新观念指导下才能形成,笔者以湖南省作为案例,提出了地方高等教育结构创新的三个新观念:科学创新可持续发展观、动态开放重效率发展观、生态定位促和谐发展观。并根据行政管辖范围而形成的省、直辖市等区域高等教育结构进行了探讨。

| Abstract: | Only under the guidance of a scientific new conception can the adjustment and optimization of local higher education construction in China be rationally formed.Taking Hunan province as a typical example,the author proposes three new conceptions on local higher education construction: a scientific initiative sustainable development outlook,a dynamic open and efficient development outlook,an ecology oriented harmonious development outlook.This paper also probes into regional higher education construction in provinces and municipalities under the central government. |
