| 摘 要： | 通过中国电力自动化行业技术集成的案例研究,说明组织的技术集成模式在一定意义上是组织应对技术和市场双重不确定性的方式,模式的不同在一定意义上反映了特定制度环境下,不同核心胜任构成的组织解决其中的知识整合问题的差异,也体现了组织知识整合能力的差异。

| Abstract: | Technology integration model is an o rganizational problem -solution to respond to the uncertainty from both technology and market.In this paper,through case study of three organiz ations in Chinese automation of electric system industry,the author tries to point out that the different model of technology integration is to certain degree a reflection of organizational capab ility and the institution that has an impact on the integration process. |
