| Abstract: | Many social factors affect the smooth implementation and development of bilingual education.This essay analyzes the factors that affect the bilingual education in primary and middle schools in Hetian District from the perspective of lingual and cultural ecological environment.They include the structure and quality of population,special lingual and cultural environment and ethnic cultural mentality. |
