| 摘 要： | 采用反向高效制备液相色谱法制备喜树碱单体标样。C18反相制备柱 ,流动相甲醇 水 异丙醇 (体积比 6∶3 8∶0 2 ) ,检 (监 )测波长 2 5 4nm。制备实验结果表明 ,分离效果良好 (R >1 5 ) ,产品纯度可达 99 6 4 % ,该方法可为天然产物单体组分制备提供一种简便、有效的途径。

| Abstract: | RP-HPLC is employed to prepare monomeric standard sample of camptothecin. The object components are to be separated and prepared with a C 18 Column and a mobile phase of MeOH-H 2O, the detection wavelength being 254mm. Nice effect of separation is obtained (R>1 5), the degree of purity being 99.64%. It's a simple and effective way to prepare the monomer of the natural substance. |
