茶叶多糖的提取方法探讨

摘    要:茶叶多糖是一种复合杂多糖,它具有防辐射、防治心血管疾病,降血糖、降血脂、降血压,抗癌、抗凝血、抗血栓、抗动脉粥样硬化及增强机体免疫力等功能。所以它可作为功能保健食品用于糖尿病人、心脑血管病人的辅助治疗。本文在茶叶多糖的提取中通过对预处理的方法、提取温度、茶叶的老嫩、Sevag除蛋白试剂与提取液的比等因素的改变,探讨了茶叶多糖的最佳提取条件。

Abstract:Tea polysaccharide is a composition of miscellaneous polysaccharide.It has the pharmacological effects of anti-clotting and anti-thrombosis,reducing blood sugar,lipid and blood pressure,anti-cancer,anti-coagulation,anti-clotting,anti-atherosclerosis and strengthening the body's immunization function.Thus it can help treating diabetes and disease of heart,brain and blood vessel as healthy foods and subsidiary medicine.This paper studied tea polysaccharides in the extraction experiment in the pretreatment of ...
