原生态金秋梨中铜和铬的含量及其生理功能

摘    要:用微波消解火焰原子吸收光谱法(FAAS法)测定产地为黔东南林区台江县的“苗疆”牌原生态金秋梨中微量元素铜、铬的含量,并讨论了这两种元素在人体内的生理功能.

Abstract:The study was conducted to detect the trace Copper and Chromium content in aboriginal ecological miao jiang brand 'JinQiu' pear,that produced from TaiJiang of Southeastern Guizhou Forestry Regin ,These samples were microwave digested,These elements were determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry. The Physiological Function of these elements was introduced in this article.
