西部农村"订单"职教培训的改革与完善

以青海省互助县职业中学为例，并结合其他地区的情况，就“订单”职教培训方式在西部农村剩余劳动力转移中需要进一步改革与完善的问题作以分析。认为政府应进一步发挥主导性作用，实行政策倾斜；引导农村青少年转变求学观念；职业学校要进一步强化服务意识；企业要积极、主动地参与职业教育工作。

The Reform and Perfection of the Training of the Ordering Form Vocational Education in Western Countryside

The author takes the vocational middle school in Huzhu country of Qinghai as an example and combines the situation of other places to analyze the problem that the training of the ordering form voca-tional education should improve and perfect furtherly in the transition of the surplus labour resources in western countryside,thinks that government should exert its main guiding role furtherly and manage the preferential policy and guide the youth in the countryside to change their idea of accepting education,vo-cational school should stress the service sense furtherly and company should take part in the vocational education work actively and initiatively.
