| 摘 要： | 主要以亚马逊和邦诺网上书店为参照,根据网上书店的业务特点和顾客的需求,提出网上书店应具备的基本功能和网上书店的测评指标,并对国内外8个有代表性的网上书店进行比较和测评,从而揭示国内网上书店存在的不足,指出今后应努力的方向和注意的问题。

| Abstract: | According to the business characteristics of on - line bookstores and customers' demands, the basic functions and evaluation index of on - line bookstore are put forward. Through the comparison and evaluation of 8 typical bookstores chosen from China and America, the disadvantages are made known and several suggestions are proposed. |
