| 摘 要： | 未成年人犯罪在当前刑事案件中占据一定的比例，但是未成年人犯罪与成年人犯罪在刑罚的适用上有着明显的区别。试从罚金刑适用及利弊分析入手，并结合司法实践，认为：根据刑法的基本原则和未成年人的特点，对未成年人犯罪不宜适用金刑。

| Abstract: | Cases concerning juvenile delinquency take a certain proportion in all the criminal cases today. However, for a juvenile delinquent, the application of penalties is strikingly differenl from those for an adult criminal. Starting from the application of pecuniary penalty and anylysis of its advantages and disadvantages, and considering the judicial practice, this article holds that according to the fundamental principles of criminal law and the features of juveniles, It＇s unsuitable to apply pecuniary penalty to juvenile delinquents. |
